Learn to Mindshift… Below are the Mindshifts from this podcast:

  1. If you are an autism mom, definitely take the time to accept the diagnosis. You will feel anger and grief and it is important to work through those phases. The more you accept your child’s diagnosis the more you are able to help them to get the services they need.
  2. If you have unresolved issues from past… go get help! Seek help from a professional or it will keep you in bondage and you won’t be able to move on to the next level in your life.
  3. Find something that you enjoy and take that time for self-care. It’s easier said than done, but you have to find a way or you’ll end up driving yourself insane or sick.
